Refund policy
Any customer who receives an incorrect or damaged order may contact ELEON CAKES LLC, 725 Skymarks Drive, Suite 4, Jacksonville FL 32218, United States, and request:
- The correct order be completed; or
- A refund in the amount or value of the order placed

A customer must contact the ELEON CAKES LLC branch where the order was processed during its hours of operation and within 1 hour of the order being placed to complete the action above.
- ELEON CAKES LLC may issue a cash refund only where the method of payment in the first instance was made in cash. If payment was processed using a debit or credit card, any relevant refund can only be processed through the same method of payment.
- Refunds may take up to seven (7) business days to complete. If a customer has not received their refund within this time, they should make contact with ELEON CAKES LLC.
Wrong item or issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if there are any issues, or if you receive the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food), and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
